Reports by Ombudsman

The Ombudsman shall annually lay before the Legislative Assembly, a general report on the performance of his functions and may, from time to time, lay before the Legislative Assembly such other reports with respect to those functions as he thinks fit.
The Ombudsman may lay before the Legislative Assembly reports on the inequitable or unreasonable nature or operation of any enactment or rule of law.
