There shall continue to be established a body corporate called the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands which shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law may buy, sell, hold, deal and otherwise acquire and dispose of land and other property of any kind and enter into contracts and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
The Authority shall have exclusive right to use the name "Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands".
The Authority shall establish and maintain its head office and principal place of business within the Islands, and shall cause details thereof to be published in the Gazette, and service of all documents on the Authority shall be deemed to be effective if delivered at the head office.
