Power to make rules

In respect of all matters within the province or discretion, or subject to the election, decision, control or management of the corporation or the members thereof, it shall be lawful for the corporation in a meeting, from time to time, to make such rules, in harmony with the purposes of the corporation, as may be deemed desirable for —
convening and adjourning the meetings of the corporation;
conducting its business;
carrying into effect the trusts and powers vested in or conferred upon the corporation;
recording its proceedings; and
generally the carrying out the objects of the corporation,
and to revoke, alter, add or to modify all or any of such rules and all rules in force shall be binding on the members of the corporation.
