Nothing in this Part shall affect any duty imposed on the Department by or under any other enactment.
Where the functions conferred on the Department by this Part and the functions of any other department of government or statutory authority are concurrent, the Governor in Cabinet may by order provide by which department or authority the functions are to be exercised.
