The Board may, on such terms and conditions as it may approve —
employ full time and part time employees; and
engage consultants.
Subject to this Law, the Board shall determine the executive, management and administrative structure of the Foundation including the delegation of functions to directors, employees and committees of the Board.
The Board shall determine —
the professional qualifications and requirements of persons engaged under subsection (1);
the terms and conditions of engagement of persons referred to in subsection (1); and
disciplinary procedures for employees of, and for, persons under contracts for services with the Foundation.
