Upon the commencement of this Law, the Cayman Islands Red Cross shall be deemed to be a party to the Establishment Agreement in place of the Cayman Islands Branch.

The Cayman Islands Red Cross and the Society may alter, amend, modify or terminate the Establishment Agreement in accordance with its terms.
