Applicability of the Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision)

The Authority is a statutory authority as defined in section 2 of the Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision) and accordingly that Act applies, among other things, to —
the Authority's expenditure budget for each financial year; and
the preparation, maintenance, auditing and publication of the Authority's accounts.
Where the exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act would be inconsistent with the exercise of a power conferred by or under the Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision), the Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision) shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, prevail over this Act.
