Functions of the Authority

The functions of the Authority are to —
execute the general and financial management of all property vested in the Authority or placed under the Authority's management by this Act or by the Cabinet; and
perform such other functions as may be conferred on the Authority by this Act, any other Act or by the Cabinet.
