Protection of individuals exercising functions under this Act

No civil or criminal action, suit or other proceedings for breach of confidentiality may be brought nor any professional sanction for such breach may be taken against a person who, in good faith, under this Act or any other enactment, provides or transmits to the Registrar information requested by the Registrar or submits a report to the Registrar.
No suit or other proceedings may be brought or instituted personally against the Registrar or any officer appointed by the Registrar in respect of any lawful act done, or omission made, in good faith, in the course of carrying out the Registrar's functions under this Act.
