Amendment of Schedule

Where the Islands becomes a party to any agreement to amend the Agreement the Minister may, by order, amend the Schedule by including therein the amendment.
An order made under subsection (1) may contain such consequential, supplemental or ancillary provisions (including provisions amending this Law) as appear to the Minister to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving due effect to the amendment of the Agreement.
Where the Agreement is amended under subsection (1) any reference in this Law or any other instrument to the Agreement shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to the Agreement as so amended.
Every order made under this section shall be subject to ratification by the Legislative Assembly.
