Meetings of Committee

The Committee shall hold quarterly meetings in each year and may adjourn such meetings from time to time but the Committee may hold more frequent meetings at such times as it thinks fit for the purpose of dealing with any of the matters referred to it.
A quorum of the Committee shall be four members and, at any meeting thereof, in the absence of the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson a member shall be elected to act as chairperson of the meeting.
The Committee shall have power to regulate its own procedure.
