34. A certificate purporting to be under the hand of the Chairperson of the Board specifying that any particular company was or was not licensed under this Law during any period specified in the certificate shall be receivable in evidence in any proceedings under this Law without further proof and shall be prima facie evidence of the facts specified therein.
