Issuance and expiry of registration as a business entity

When the Board has registered a business entity under section 5, it shall issue to the entity a licence in the prescribed form.
Every licence shall —
indicate the category under which the business entity is registered;
bear the date on which it is issued;
take effect from the date of issue;
bear the date on which it expires; and
contain such other details as may be prescribed.
The Board shall enter in the register the date on which each licence is issued.
The Board shall publish notice of the granting or revocation of a licence in the Gazette.
Every licence shall expire twenty-four months after its date of issue, unless at the time of issue the Board specifies a shorter time.
