Undischarged bankrupt obtaining credit to the extent of forty dollars without informing creditor of that undischarged bankrupt’s bankruptcy has committed an offence

An undischarged bankrupt who has been adjudged bankrupt under this Act who obtains credit to the extent of forty dollars or more from any person without informing such person that the undischarged bankrupt is an undischarged bankrupt has committed an offence and is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for two years.
