Irregularities not to invalidate proceedings

Proceedings under this Act shall not be invalidated by any irregularity, unless the Court before which an objection is made to such proceeding is of opinion that substantial injustice has been caused by such defect or irregularity, and that such injustice cannot be remedied by any order of such Court.
