Fees, how fixed, payable and applicable

The fees to be charged for any business done under this Act shall be according to a scale to be prescribed by the Cabinet who shall have power to direct by whom and in what manner the same shall be collected, accounted for and appropriated.
The Cabinet may, at any time, alter the amount of any of the fees prescribed under this Act, and notice of such alteration shall be gazetted, and the scale so altered shall come into operation at such time as may be specified in such notice.
