Landlord may prove for residue of rent not recoverable by distress

A landlord or other person to whom rent is due from the debtor, and who has been prevented from recovering the full amount of such rent by the operation of section 117, may prove for so much of the rent as by reason of that section that landlord was prevented from recovering.
