Assent of certain creditors in cases of partners

Where a deed of arrangement is made by members of a partnership with their joint and separate creditors, any delay in obtaining, or failure to obtain, the assent of some or one of the classes of separate creditors shall not prevent the deed being confirmed so as to bind the joint creditors and any other class of separate creditors.
