Evidence of pecuniary resources or property

Where, in proceedings for an offence under this Act, it is established that the accused —
was maintaining a standard of living which was not commensurate with that person's emoluments or other income;
was in control of property to an extent which is disproportionate to that person's emoluments or other income;
held property for which that person, a member of that person's family or that person's associate, is unable to give a satisfactory account as to how that person came into its ownership, possession, custody or control,
that evidence shall be admissible to corroborate other evidence relating to the commission of the offence.
