Annual report of Commission

The Commission shall —
advise the Governor on the work related to this Act and in particular on matters that could affect public policy or the priorities to be set by the Commission; and
prepare and submit to the Governor on or before 30 September in each year an annual report reviewing the work related to this Act and containing such other information as the Governor in the Governor's discretion shall require.
