Meetings and decisions of Committee

The chairperson of the Committee shall summon regular meetings of the Committee as often as may be required, but not less frequently than once in two months.
At every meeting of the Committee, a quorum shall consist of three members, and decisions shall be adopted by a simple majority of the votes of the members present and voting except that in the case of an equality of votes the chairperson shall, in addition, have a casting vote.
The Committee may act notwithstanding that a vacancy exists among the members.
