General offence

Any contravention of any regulation made under this Act is an offence against this Act and punishable accordingly.
Where no punishment is specifically prescribed, a person who contravenes this Act or any regulations commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars and to imprisonment for three months.
