Amendment of exclusion order

Where an exclusion order is in force in respect of a convicted person and, on his application or that of the relevant officer, it appears to the court that made the order that, having regard to circumstances which have arisen since the order was made, it would be in the interests of justice to do so, the court may extend the order for a further period of twelve months.
