Amendment of requirements of a curfew order

Without prejudice to section 8 but subject to subsection (2), a court may, on the application of the convicted person or the responsible officer, by order, amend a curfew order by cancelling any of the requirements of the curfew order.
A court shall not under subsection (1) amend a curfew order by extending the curfew periods beyond the end of six months from the date of the original order.
