3. There shall continue to be established a body corporate formerly known as the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants which shall be known as the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants and which shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall consist of —
all persons who immediately before the date of commencement of this Act were members, associate members or students of the Institute until pursuant to this Act, they cease to be members, associate members or students of the Institute; and
all persons who on or after the date of commencement of this Act, are registered under this Act as members, associate members or students, until pursuant to this Act they cease to be members, associate members or students of the Institute.
