BY    HIS    EXCELLENCY    BRUCE    H.    DINWIDDY,    COMPANION    OF    THE    MOST DISTINGUISHED ORDER OF ST MICHAEL       AND       ST       GEORGE,       GOVERNOR      OF      THE      CAYMAN      ISLANDS 
 BRUCE H. DINWIDDY, CMG GOVERNOR  WHEREAS  section  46(1)  of  the  Constitution  of  the  
Cayman  Islands  provides  that  the  sessions  of  the  
Legislative  Assembly  of  the  Cayman  Islands  shall  be  held  at  such  places  and  begin  at  such  times  as  the  Governor may from time to tim
e by Proclamation appoint: 
 NOW, THEREFORE, I, Bruce H. Dinwiddy, CMG, Governor
 of the Cayman Islands, by virtue of the powers 
conferred upon me by the said section 46(1) of the 
Constitution of the Cayman Islands HEREBY PROCLAIM 
that  a  session  of  the  Legislative  Assembly  of  the  Cayman
  Islands  shall  be  held  at  the  Legislative  Assembly  
Building  in  George  Town,  in  the  Island  of  Gra
nd  Cayman,  beginning  at  10:00  am,  on  Friday,  the  2
nd
  day  of  
July, 2004.
