 CAYMAN ISLANDS  PROCLAMATION NO. 3 OF 2008  
BY     HIS     EXCELLENCY     STUART     DUNCAN  MACDONALD  JACK,  CVO,  GOVERNOR      OF      THE      CAYMAN      ISLANDS 
 STUART DUNCAN MACDONALD JACK, CVO GOVERNOR  WHEREAS section 1(4) of the Cayman Islands (Constitution) (Amendment) Order 2008,
 
S.I. 2008 No. 3127, 
provides  that  the  Order  shall  come  into  force  on  such
  day  as  the  Governor,  acting  in  his  discretion,  may  
appoint by proclamation publishe
d in a Government Notice: 
 NOW, THEREFORE, I, STUART DUNCAN MACDONALD JACK, CVO, Governor of the Cayman Islands, by  virtue  of  the  powers  conferred  upon  me  by  the  said  section  1(4)  of  the  Cayman  Islands  (Constitution)  (Amendment) Order 2008,

at the Cayman Islands (Constitution) 
(Amendment)  Order  2008,
 
S.I.  2008  No.  3127,  shall  come  into  for
ce  on  Thursday,  the  eighteenth  day  of  
December, 2008.
