s6Substitutes paragraphs (a) and (d) of regulation 6 to introduce tiered licence renewal fees based on asset categories (up to US$1B, US$1B-3B, and over US$3B) with fees escalating from 2026 through 2029 and thereafter, and adds paragraphs (aa) and (da) specifying that asset calculations are based on the average of total assets at the end of each of the four calendar quarters.
